Coconut Chia Overnight Oats with grated apple

- 150g Coconut yoghurt
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 50g oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ apple
- almond butter
- In a large bowl combine coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup and oats
- Stir well
- Place in the fridge overnight
- Add an grated half apple in the morning and top with almond butter (recipe here)
