- 170 frozen blueberries
- 4 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes (or desiccated)
- 150 g coconut yoghurt
- 100 ml almond milk
- Mix all ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie bowl is too cold add a pinch of really hot water.
