Vegan pumpkin seed olive cream

  • 150g pumpkin seeds
  • 75g green olives
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pumpkinseed oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  1. Roast the pumpkin seed in a pan without oil
  2. Mix all ingredients to a paste
  3. Taste with salt and pepper
  4. You can stock the cream in the fridge for up to one week
