Coconut Chia Overnight Oats with grated apple

  • 150g Coconut yoghurt
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 2tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 50g oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ apple
  • almond butter
  1. In a large bowl combine coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup and oats
  2. Stir well
  3. Place in the fridge overnight
  4. Add an grated half apple in the morning and top with almond butter (recipe here)
